Indian telecommunications company Bharti Airtel has announced revised prepaid and postpaid tariffs starting in July, following industry-wide tariff revisions by private operators. With this revision, customers will now need to spend more in both the prepaid and postpaid segments if they wish to avail themselves of services, even at the entry-level. Airtel Entry-Level Prepaid Plan

If you are an Airtel customer seeking to spend the least amount possible, the entry-level Truly Unlimited plan from Airtel now costs Rs 199. This plan offers unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, and 2GB of data with a validity of 28 days. Data usage beyond the quota will be charged at 50 paise per MB. Airtel also provides rewards benefits with the plan, which include Wynk Music and free Hello Tunes on Wynk, allowing customers to set one tune per month at no additional cost.

Airtel Basic Postpaid Plan

The basic postpaid plan from Airtel is available at a monthly rental of Rs 449 for Retail customers. This plan offers unlimited voice calls (local, STD, and roaming), 100 SMS per day, and 50GB of monthly data with rollover up to 200GB. Additionally, customers can enjoy complimentary unlimited 5G data in areas with 5G coverage, provided they use a 5G handset.

Airtel Rewards benefits include Airtel Xstream Play Premium for 3 months at no extra cost. Customers can also add more family connections to their plan for an additional Rs 349. Activation charges of Rs 250 or Rs 300 apply, depending on your circle. Customers in the Jammu and Kashmir service area can avail themselves of the Airtel postpaid plan at a monthly rental of Rs 349.
