Airtel Business Launches Cloud-Based SD-Branch Solution for Enterprises
Airtel Business, the B2B arm of Bharti Airtel, has partnered with Cisco to introduce the Airtel Software-Defined (SD) Branch—a cloud-based, end-to-end managed network solution designed for enterprises. Powered by Cisco Meraki, the SD-Branch solution enables seamless management of LAN, WAN, security, and connectivity across multiple branch locations.

Airtel Software-Defined (SD) Branch

The Airtel SD-Branch offering aims to simplify network management while enhancing application performance and security. It is particularly suited for industries such as retail, banking, education, and healthcare.

"It will transform how businesses manage their complex network requirements with simplified provisioning, helping build robust and efficient connectivity across branch locations," Airtel Business said on Thursday.

Simplifies Network Management

Commenting on the launch, Airtel Business said, “The service is crafted to prioritise core business outcomes over IT management. This will provide customers with a simplified network solution that scales effortlessly, enabling users to access business applications with enhanced performance and security."

With Airtel's extensive connectivity solutions and Cisco's expertise in secure networking, this solution delivers a unified, centralised platform for the network needs of organisations, making network management more efficient, the official release said.
