Aircel will be offering its prepaid customers in Chennai a real time update and information on their Post Call Notification (PCN).
Aircel has launched first of its kind service for its prepaid users, wherein while making calls or SMSes, customers will get real time information. It also simplifies and gives the comfort to customers who cannot watch TV while at work or do a search every few minutes to find out the election updates and insights.
Sankara Narayanan K, Head - SBU 1, Aircel, said, “Aircel believes in giving its customers a ‘LITTLE EXTRA’ with their product and service offerings. This time around all Aircel Prepaid customers will be provided with near real time basis updates of the 2014 General Elections after they make a call or sent an SMS. The customers will not have to make any efforts as near real time information will flash on their mobile phone screens after every call or SMS, through Post call notification”.
Not only Aircel even Airtel is also offering free news channels on Pocket TV for its subscribers to watch live election updates on mobile phone.
