Aircel has launched an industry first rate cutter that offers Aircel to Aircel Local & STD calls at 10p/min. Customers will be able to make all Aircel calls at just 10p/min not only in home network but also while roaming on Aircel network. This special plan will be available in Delhi for Rs. 43 and with a validity of 28 days.
