Aircel will send the links to access Dialer Tunes – Facebook service to its subscribers for one-time registration. Once registered, the dialer tune icons will appear on the subscribers’ Facebook Messenger. By clicking the icon, they can select the dialer tunes and activate them.

Aircel claimed the initiative as first-of-its-kind product in a statement released. Commenting on the launch of a novel initiative, Anupam Vasudev, Chief Marketing Officer at Aircel, said, “At Aircel, we make constant efforts to bring innovative products to our customers which are simple and easy to use. This Valentine’s Day we are delighted to bring yet another innovation from Aircel - Dialer Tune – Facebook service.

“This will enable music lovers to easily select/discover their favorite content of dialer tunes through searching the song name or from the trending content on Facebook Messenger. The product makes content discovery easy for the Aircel users as they need not remember the Dialer Tune short codes,” he said.

Aircel has designed this product in association with IMImobile. “We are delighted to build on our existing partnership with Aircel to launch its first Facebook chatbot solution. With over 133 million users accessing Facebook every month in India, social messaging channels are becoming key to enhancing customer experience. The addition of Facebook as an interaction channel for Aircel means users can access, browse and activate services utilising the latest AI technology,” Jay Patel, Chief Executive Officer, IMImobile said.
