There are many plans within this plan. 329-24 plan is not for Bihar circle. Only 299-31 plan is valid for Bihar circle. It is a good plan for heavy users. It is currently the cheapest Internet plan and even cheaper than JIO (if you do not count that it is presently free).

Aircel is copying fraudtel. No operator can dare to give 1 GB any net data for Rs.100 with 30 days validity on a single recharge without any consitions. There is also no 1 GB and 2 GB single recharge mobile data packs in Jio with 30 days validity.
