The speed before fair usage only is the plus point of ACT fibre net. Nothing interesting. Regional players are still lagging with just 256 and 512 Kbps post fair usage speed compared to 1 Mbps and 2 Mbps (Rs.1199 plan) in BSNL wired broadband.
