Acer has been constantly launching budget tablets in India to increase its share in the budget tablet arena. It has just launched the Iconica One 7 B31-730 HD in India at a price of Rs 8,499. The budget tablet has an Intel processor and is decently specced too for the price it asks. Let us take a look at its specifications:
