Initial and Future Capacity Plans

The Montgomery site will initially support 5 MW for a hyperscale client, with the potential to expand capacity up to 40 MW to accommodate additional tenants. The North Augusta and Huntsville locations will each offer 5 MW of initial capacity, also dedicated to the hyperscale client.

Atlanta East Campus

The Conyers facility, branded as the Atlanta East Campus, is a critical hub in DC Blox's network. It will initially deliver 10 MW of capacity for the hyperscale tenant, with an expansion capacity of up to 120MW critical power available for additional clients.

Combined, these four edge sites will initially deliver a total of 25 MW dedicated to the hyperscale client with an overall potential capacity of 160 MW for additional tenants.

Boosting Connectivity with Infrastructure

In addition to the Atlanta East data center, DC Blox is building a dark fiber ring around metro Atlanta, connecting it to a regional fiber backbone that links to the Myrtle Beach Cable Landing Station.

"Our continued expansion is a testament to the soundness of our strategy and our deep understanding of the Southeastern market," said Jeff Uphues, CEO of DC Blox. "With each new site, we are building critical digital infrastructure that enables hyperscale companies to operate at the edge while benefiting from the Southeast's favourable economics and rapid growth."
