2. Infosys Extends Partnership with Posti for AI-Driven Transformation

Infosys has extended its collaboration with Posti, a logistics provider in Finland, Sweden, and the Baltics, for another seven years. The partnership will focus on enhancing Posti’s customer experience and operational efficiency using Infosys’ AI-first offering, Topaz, and its cloud platform, Infosys Cobalt.

This renewal builds on a five-year relationship where Infosys helped Posti modernise its IT systems, improve resilience, and reduce outages. The new phase will drive further digital transformation, positioning Posti as a leader in logistics and e-commerce in the Nordics, Infosys said in a joint statement on September 19.

3. Metro Bank Partners with Infosys for Digital Transformation

The UK’s community bank, Metro Bank, announced on September 17 a long-term partnership with Infosys to enhance some its IT systems and support functions. The collaboration will leverage Infosys’ AI-first platform, Topaz, to streamline operations, improve automation, and deliver a better customer experience.

Metro Bank aims to achieve GBP 80 million in annualised cost savings this year and enhance its digital capabilities, targeting significant growth and profitability by 2027.

“Collaborating with a global leader like Infosys will allow Metro Bank to enhance its digital capabilities, improve automation, refine data, and embed further AI capabilities, leveraging Infosys Topaz, an AI-first offering using generative AI technologies, to deliver a simpler more consistent customer experience for its FANS,” the official release said.

4. Infosys and Proximus Group Announce Strategic Collaboration

Infosys and Belgium’s Proximus Group announced on September 10 a strategic partnership aimed at driving innovation in digital services and help Proximus unlock new business opportunities. The collaboration will leverage Proximus affiliates’ products, including Route Mobile’s Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) and Telesign’s Digital Identity (DI) solutions, alongside Infosys’ digital expertise. The partnership will focus on enhancing omnichannel customer engagement and AI-driven digital assistants for Proximus’ customers, the official release said.

5. Infosys Expands Collaboration with Nvidia for AI-Driven Telco Solutions

Infosys announced on August 29 an expansion of its partnership with Nvidia to enhance AI-powered solutions for telecommunications companies. By leveraging Infosys Topaz, a suite of AI-first services utilising generative AI technologies, the collaboration aims to improve customer experiences, streamline network operations, and accelerate service delivery for telcos.

The partnership features three generative AI solutions developed by Infosys and powered by its Topaz, using Nvidia NIM inference microservices, Nvidia NeMo Retriever embedding models, and NeMo Guardrails to customise and deploy generative AI telco domain-specific LLM models. Key solutions include:

• TOSCA Network Service Design: Leveraging Nvidia Gen AI, this solution streamlines network service design, achieving a 28 percent reduction in latency and a 15 percent improvement in accuracy.
• Nvidia Gen AI powered Smart Networking Operating Center: Aiding network engineers in troubleshooting, this center reduces latency by 61 percent and improves accuracy by 22 percent.
• Infosys Cortex: This generative AI-driven platform simulates realistic customer interactions for contact center agent training, enhancing operational efficiency.

6. Infosys Joins Stanford HAI Program to Advance Enterprise AI Research

Infosys announced on August 28 its membership in the Stanford University Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (Stanford HAI) Corporate Affiliate Program, aiming to accelerate AI research initiatives. Through this collaboration, Infosys will work alongside Stanford HAI faculty and researchers on key areas including:

• Responsible AI: Addressing the technical, policy, and governance challenges for enterprises.
• Business Process Optimisation: Enhancing efficiency through AI and machine learning.
• AI Model Efficiency: Utilising a narrow transformer-based approach for cost-effective AI models with minimal data.

7. Infosys and ServiceNow Expand AI Collaboration for Service Delivery

Infosys announced on August 1 an expanded collaboration with ServiceNow to enhance end-to-end managed services for enterprise business transformation. By leveraging the AI capabilities of the Now Platform and Infosys’s Enterprise Service Management Cafe (ESM Cafe), the partnership aims to accelerate ServiceNow implementation for clients, including First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), by 30 to 40 percent, ensuring faster time-to-value.

These include licenses, services, and implementation of the Infosys ESM Cafe, an AI-powered plug-and-play solution, part of Infosys Cobalt, a set of services, solutions and platforms for enterprises to accelerate their cloud journey.

Infosys says its ESM Cafe offers more than 70 applications covering various modules and ServiceNow capabilities, including AI and sustainable digital solutions.
