Nokia has already released its first dual SIM Windows Phone device, the Lumia 630 Dual SIM. But it lacks 4G connectivity which is found in the Lumia 635. Looks like Nokia has quietly released Lumia 638 in China which combines the features of Lumia 630 Dual SIM and Lumia 635 as it includes dual SIM card slots along with 4G LTE connectivity.

It also features higher amount of RAM at 1 GB as opposed to 512 MB on the Lumia 630 and Lumia 635. Other features remain similar to Lumia 635 such as a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, Adreno 305 GPU, 4.5 inch WVGA screen and a 5MP camera. The Nokia Lumia 638 is already available for pre-order from Shanxi Mobile in China at a price of $192. I hope it supports 2300 MHz band and if it does, Nokia should release it in India as well.
