Highlights
  • Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea are offering a Rs 349 prepaid plan
  • BSNL has a Rs 399 prepaid plan that offers 3.2GB daily data

Telecom operators are bundling more data benefit with their prepaid plans to the customers. Very recently, we detailed the Rs 299 prepaid plans from the telcos, but for the users who’re looking for a slightly better data plan, telcos have the 3GB daily data plans. Reliance Jio has the Rs 299 plan, which is providing 3GB daily data for a period of 28 days. On the other hand, Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea have a Rs 349 prepaid plan which also ship with 3GB daily data benefit for the same 28 days validity. State-run telco, BSNL, has a similar Rs 399 prepaid plan that’s providing a whopping 3.2GB daily data for 74 days. That said, BSNL’s Rs 399 plan is the premium plan in the list which is the reason why it’s offering more validity compared to the other private telcos. Let’s find out in detail about each of the 3GB daily data prepaid plan from Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea and BSNL.

Reliance Jio 3GB Daily Data Prepaid Plan: Benefits and Validity

As mentioned above, Reliance Jio has a prepaid plan of Rs 299 which ships with a validity of 28 days and 3GB daily data for the same period. It’s also providing unlimited voice calls and 100 SMSes per day for the entire validity period. The Rs 299 plan also offers access to premium Jio apps like JioTV, JioCinema and so on.

Bharti Airtel 3GB Daily Data Prepaid Plan: Benefits and Validity

Former leading operator, Bharti Airtel, also has a prepaid recharge of Rs 349 which ships with 3GB daily data for a period of 28 days. Additionally, Airtel is providing unlimited voice calling and 100 SMSes per day, alongside subscription to Airtel TV that offers Live TV & Movies to the customers.

Vodafone Idea 3GB Daily Data Prepaid Plan: Benefits and Validity

Similar to Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea also has a Rs 349 prepaid plan that ships with 3GB daily data for the same 28 days validity. Vodafone Idea customers will also get access to free voice calling without any FUP limit and 100 SMSes per day for the validity period. That said, customers will get free access to Vodafone Play and Idea Movies & TV apps to watch content online.

BSNL 3GB Daily Data Prepaid Plan: Benefits and Validity

State-run telecom operator, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, has a Rs 399 prepaid plan that offers validity for 74 days. BSNL’s plan offers 3.2GB daily data, voice calls of 250 minutes per day and 100 SMSes per day for the entire validity period. Unlike private telcos, BSNL is not providing any access to the content app.

Which Telco is Providing Best 3GB Daily Data Plan?

Unlike the Rs 299 prepaid plans from telcos, the 3GB daily data plans from telcos are entirely different and they strictly ship with voice calling, data and SMS benefits. In this aspect, Reliance Jio is the winner as it has the cheaper 3GB daily data plan at Rs 299, but BSNL has the best plan with a validity of 74 days.

Airtel has a plan 558 in almost all the circles which provide 3GB/day for 82 days. It’s not listed anywhere but try doing a recharge on PhonePe or PayTM & it will reflect and also work. I’m using since last 1 year approx.

Yes, Friend there is a Recharge Voucher of Rs. 558 which gives Data @ 3GB/day, 82 Days Validity. Its not directly shown in Airtel Website, but when you type the amount (Rs.558) then it shows it.

I am using this from past 82*7 days. Thnks for phonepe idea…i thought it got removed for my 1 of 2 numbers. Myairtel app of 1 number gave me 3.4gb. Other i have done using phone pe now…got 3gb. I thought airtel was idiot to remove offer for me… Mostly i use wifi…still i like to have 3gb plan. Before i used to be on this 558rc, i asked airtel for that 558 plan in myairtel….that stopped on my no.2 and so i stopped recharging everything thing other than 35 in last 25days.

It’s difficult to understand as to why Airtel acts so juvenile, hiding those recharge ! I got 2 airtel hotspot devices, 3Gb each/day & 2Gb/day on mobile with Jio. Until Jio fiber rolls out, I’ve no source for high speed internet in sad tier 3 city where my only option is BSNL which is better removed than keeping it & paying for your rising blood pressure while using it. AIrtel is mostly great and Jio has improved a lot, all my online gaming & streaming requirements are met quite decently and I can continue to exist.
