The Government of India has drafted the timeline for 3G auctions. As per the schedule, a pre -bid conference is said to happen on 12th October 2009 and the final call of application is on 13th November. The base price for pan-India 3G spectrum has been set at Rs 3,500 crore. Start of the EVDO and BWA Auctions is set to take place 2 days after the close of the 3G WCDMA Auction.
