Videocon is one of the service provider which is looking as tortoise in the sense of expanding their PAN India services. But one interesting news came to my knowledge that videocon is the top looser after launching the MNP among all new operators (Source HT, Delhi).

Specifically omitted the price range..! This is the first concern of potential users. Further the customer care of Videocon is at the bottom-end. Even in Mumbai [where they are logically supported by Loop (erstwhile, BPL)] lack outlets/galleries, etc. in many localities. There is enough demand for their services, especially because their 25p (for all) call offer is a hit..! Miserably failed in taking advantage. I have been at the loggerhead with their support-system over MNP solutions.
