B Gupta :One can access internet using his own prepaid account at any place (obviously he/she needs a BSNL telephone and a modem). Now suppose there is already a port-binded broadband connection against that telephone at new place. So how one will be able to log in through that telephone. Is BSNL going to dump the concept of port-binding?

Applicable for Prepaid Broad Band only.
