YOU Broadband starts offering 100Mbps at Rs. 1699 for 200GB in Bengaluru

You Broadband is one of the leading ISPs in Bengaluru and they have come up with a recent plan that will delight heavy Internet users. The ‘WTF 100’ plan offers a whopping speed of 100Mbps and a free data usage quota of 200GB per month. After the free data quota is over the speed would be throttled to a respectable 1Mbps.

This plan costs Rs.1699 per month if you opt for monthly basis and Rs.5099 if you choose to pay the rental for 3 months upfront which means you will be getting an extra 50GB of usage.

I’ve been using YOU WTF 100(Rs 5096/-) from the past 6 months and though I had my reservations about YBB at first, I must admit I’ve been pleasantly shocked by YBB. Customer service isn’t that great but they have delivered on the speed front. Connection is pretty much stable. I speed tested using a wired connection and got upto 93 mbps, so no complaints on that front at all. Also 800 GB FUP for 3 months is quite enough.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They don’t care if they lose business. Kept me waiting for a week just to say “We can’t provide you connection”. 2 more weeks later, I’m STILL waiting to get my deposit back. They take me for a fool. My connection was for Perungudi in Chennai.

This is the customer service you can expect from these guys. Do yourself a favor and go for some other provider like ACT or Airtel. Seriously.

You Broadband? one of the worst companies providing broadband connections. Please don’t subscribe with them. Connectivity is not stable when its working, and if there is some issue, they take weeks to fix it.
