The Mi Home Security Camera Basic has been launched in India for Rs 1,999. The new Xiaomi product will be available for buying from tomorrow onwards, i.e February 14 on mi.com. Like the 360-degree camera, the new Mi Home Security Camera Basic also comes in white colour so that it can blend easily with the home decor of the user. The last year’s Mi Home Security Camera 360-degree is currently available in India for Rs 2,699.

The Mi Home Security Camera Basic comes with several features and one of the most important of them all is the 1080p picture quality support. The new Mi security camera is smart enough to minimise the blind spots in a room. It also comes with a night vision range of up to 10m.

The Mi Home Security Camera Basic also comes packed with advanced AI motion detection feature and superior algorithms which Xiaomi says is capable of filtering out false alarms. The Security Camera Basic also includes features like intelligent detection function. This feature helps users to get push notifications when there’s some movement. Another interesting feature that the new Mi Home Security Camera Basic comes packed with is Talkback. Xiaomi says that the Talkback feature improves the overall voice calling experience.
