Vodafone India Ltd. has unveiled a first-of-its-kind Customer Experience Centre (CEC) in Gurgaon for its Enterprise customers. The CEC enables Enterprise customers to experience the world of latest and emerging business communication solutions that can help them to better Communicate, Collaborate and Connect.

The CEC has on display the complete suite of Total Communication Solutions comprising Wireline and Mobility offerings, Machine to Machine Solutions and more, hosted in a high-tech and futuristic zone. Customers can undertake their experiential journey via an engaging combination of interactive presentations and innovative live demonstrations. The Vodafone Business Services’ team of experts identify and discuss evolving customer needs and accordingly offer business solutions. The zone serves as both a showcase and interactive facilitator for this unique format of client partnering.

The ultramodern CEC in Gurgaon is the third facility to be launched by Vodafone Business Services following Mumbai and Pune. With the launch of its Government vertical last fiscal, this facility in Gurgaon will also act as a good conduit for Vodafone Business Services to engage and showcase its business solutions not only for larger private sector enterprises but also for Government and public sector companies many of whom tend to be headquartered in Delhi/NCR.
