Vodafone introduces STV 26, starts offering Local calls at 30p/min for 60 days

Vodafone has started offering STV 26 in Delhi circle. The new special tariff voucher offers local calling at just 30p/min for 60 days.

STV26 from Vodafone seems to be one of the cheapest local calling offer in Delhi compared to rival offers. Idea offer 30p/min local for Rs 64 with validity of just 28 days. Airtel offer 40p/min for Rs 51 with 28 days validity.

While everyone speculated for tariff hike post auction, Vodafone has surprised Delhi subscribers by introducing ultra affordable local tariff offer. This latest move by Vodafone is to counter increasing competition from rivals like Idea who has introduced 3G on 900 Mhz in Delhi circle.

In Delhi Vodafone has recently started offering free Wifi services in Delhi’s Khan Market area. Visitors can simply SMS ACT TRYWIFI to 111 to access the Wi-Fi which was a huge hit among Delhi commuters.
