Vodafone Responds To The BlackBerry Balance Deduction Crises

So finally it looks like Vodafone India guys are aware of the current balance deduction issue over their Prepaid BlackBerry Service what we reported on December 9th, 2011.




TelecomTalk Impact : Vodafone India has quoted in its official website stating "We are aware of certain issues faced by our BlackBerry users and regret the inconvenience caused in this regard. "We are taking appropriate corrective measures to resolve it soon. We request you to bear with us and we will update the status of the action taken."

Vodafone India we would like to add something in the era of SMS it would be nice if you update your subscribers with an SMS to all affected Prepaid BlackBerry users or tweet the same with your Twitter Account @VodafoneIN.

Because most of users are still clueless what is happening, Why their Prepaid Balance is getting deducted or reduced without any usage, and most of them are going for a change via MNP so before things going out of your hand do take necessary steps and be transparent with your punchline 'Happy2Help!
