Vodafone India Offering 4G Services to 21 Million Subscribers Across 19000 Towns in Rest of Bengal Circle

Vodafone India today sent out a media statement saying that it has added more than 4000 sites which converts to 11 sites per day to expand and strengthen its network in the Rest of Bengal circle. Currently, Vodafone is offering its SuperNet 4G services across 19000 towns covering all districts of Bengal and Sikkim. Also, Rest of Bengal is one of the largest circle for the telco as it has over 21 million subscribers in the circle. In the last one year, Vodafone has added more network sites in the circle to match the demand for voice and data.

“We have seen a rapid rise in data consumption, both in urban areas as well as in rural pockets of Bengal and Sikkim. Our network expansion drive has accordingly kept pace to fulfil this growing demand of our millions of customers across these states. Using the latest technologies, we have created additional capacity and built a smart, robust and resilient Data Strong Network,” said Arvinder Singh Sachdev, Business Head – Kolkata and Rest of Bengal circles, Vodafone India.

Alongside the top-notch service, Vodafone is also offering best-in-class prepaid and postpaid offers in the circle. Vodafone has four affordable prepaid tariff plans of Rs 9, Rs 68, Rs 199 and Rs 509. The Rs 199 and Rs 509 tariff plans offer unlimited voice calls including roaming calls, 1.4GB data per day and 100 SMS per day for 28 days and 90 days respectively.

For postpaid users, the telco has the RED range of postpaid offering unlimited roaming calls and up to 200GB of data with data rollover scheme starting at Rs 399. Vodafone also said that its Super VoLTE services will soon be launched in the circle.

On top of these offers, Vodafone also partnered with mobile handset brands to offer additional data with select smartphone brands. Vodafone customers purchasing a Samsung smartphone will receive cashback of up to Rs 1,500. You can check out the eligible Samsung smartphones list over here.

The second largest telecom operator is also providing additional 10GB data per month with top Vivo smartphones, followed by an effective smartphone offer of Micromax at Rs 999. And lastly, Vodafone is offering up to Rs 900 cashback on select feature phone models from Intex, itel, Lava, and Nokia.
