Vodafone India has crossed the milestone of 2 crore subscribers in Kolkata and rest of Bengal circles. In order to celebrate this success, the service provider has launched a special initiative ‘Vodafone Treasures’. This service will provides the senior citizen customers a toll free number, virtual relationship manager and doorstep assistance.
Vodafone Treasures’ toll free number 9830198301 will be available from Monday – Saturday between 10am to 7pm. It will assist in answering all phone related queries. The Virtual Relationship Manager is also another service to assist the complaints. In case of any document pick up facility or SIM replacement, citizens can choose for doorstep assistance, wherein an executive will visit home to help on call.

Customers between 60 (males) and 58 (females) can available Vodafone Treasures service. It is expected that around 50,000 senior citizens will benefit from the new program. Vodafone has recently launched stores at Howrah, Coochbehar and Alipurduar and crossed the magical figure of 50 Vodafone Stores across the circles.
