The three telecom operators have been at war ever since the wave of consolidation has left three heads to the industry. While Reliance Jio has a totally different strategy, Vodafone Idea and Bharti Airtel are fighting a different war for average revenue per user (ARPU). While Bharti Airtel has made back to back moves in the prepaid and postpaid segment, the latter is also betting on Vodafone postpaid and prepaid plans. Continuing work in this direction, Vodafone has now refreshed its prepaid portfolio with the introduction of two new plans for its subscribers. These two new prepaid Vodafone plans come for Rs 205 and Rs 225 and here are all the details you need to know about them.

Vodafone Prepaid Rs 205 Plan

The first new plan that we have come across in the Vodafone prepaid portfolio is the Rs 205 plan, and this is a bonus card prepaid plan. This plan does not come with talk time benefits, but it offers other freebies like call and data. In this plan, the subscribers will enjoy 2GB data for the entire validity period. Also, for the calling benefit, the subscribers will get free unlimited local, STD and roaming calls. In this period, the customers will also get 600 free SMS for the entire validity period. The validity of this plan has been announced to be 35 days. In terms of additional benefits, the subscribers will get free Live TV, movies and more on the Vodafone Play app.

Vodafone Prepaid Rs 225 Plan

The next new plan in the Vodafone prepaid plan is similar to the plan we just mentioned above, and it is also a bonus card plan. This plan is available to the subscribers for Rs 225, and it comes with slightly longer 48 days validity. This plan also offers no talk time to the users, but instead, it bundles free local, STD and roaming calls along with 4GB data for the entire validity period. The subscribers will also get 600 SMS to their credit for 48 days in addition to access to free Live TV, movies and more on the Vodafone Play app.

Vodafone Declared Fastest Network in Delhi-NCR

It is worth noting that these two prepaid plans by Vodafone are currently available in Karnataka, Bihar & Jharkhand, Delhi& NCR and UP (West) circles only. The availability of these plans in other circles is not yet known now. Also, in other related development, Vodafone has recently been announced as the topmost telecom operator when it comes to the 4G network in the Delhi-NCR region. Owing to the latest network upgradation work of Vodafone Idea, with the deployment of Massive MIMO, TDDs and more, Delhi NCR is experiencing the fastest 4G network from Vodafone as compared to any other telecom operator.
