Vivo Z10 With 24MP Selfie Camera and Snapdragon 450 SoC Silently Introduced in India

Vivo has introduced a new mid-range smartphone, the Vivo Z10 in India without much fanfare. The Vivo Z10 is listed on the company's official website without any pricing details. But coming to the availability of the handset, the Vivo Z10 will be available across offline stores in Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu. Vivo did not mention anything about the handset's availability via e-commerce portals such as Flipkart or Amazon. The Vivo Z10' specs are pretty much similar to the Vivo V7+ smartphone, which was launched back in September 2017. The Z10 sports a 6-inch 18:9 display, Snapdragon 450 SoC, Face Unlock functionality and a 24MP selfie shooter.

Vivo Z10 Specifications and Features
The Vivo Z10 sports a 6-inch HD+ display on the front with 18:9 aspect ratio and 84.4% screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC which is built on 14nm process. The chipset works in tandem with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The Z10 offers a dedicated microSD slot for storage expansion and also supports Dual SIM cards. The Vivo V7+ offers 64GB of internal storage.

The fingerprint scanner on the device is placed on the rear side, and the phone also offers Face Unlock functionality. The Vivo Z10 is armed with a 3225mAh battery. Sadly, it runs the dated Android 7.1 Nougat version out of the box. The phone comes layered with FunTouch custom skin on top of Android.

Optics in the Vivo Z10 includes a single 16MP rear camera with PDAF and f/2.0 aperture. The phone offers features such as slow-motion video recording and delivers 64MP Ultra HD Photos. Up front, Vivo has added a 24MP selfie shooter, same as the Vivo V7+ along with Moonlight flash.

The Vivo Z10's design is also similar to the Vivo V7 and V7+. The phone has an 18:9 display on the front, 3.5mm headphone jack is placed on the bottom and seems have the plastic body. The Vivo Z10 will be available in three colour options- Black, Gold and Blue. Pricing and online availability details are yet to be revealed by Vivo.
