Vivo Y55L launched with Snapdragon 430 and 4G VoLTE for Rs. 11,980

Vivo has launched yet another device under its "Y" range of smartphones, dubbed as the Y55L. It will be available in Gold and Space Grey color options for a price of Rs. 11,980, starting from October 15.

The Vivo Y55L comes with a 5.2-inch HD 720p 2.5D curved glass display. It is powered by a 64-bit Octa-Core Snapdragon 430 chipset clubbed with Adreno 505 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Funtouch OS 2.6, and sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a 5-megapixel front snapper.

There are additional features such as the split-screen for multitasking and eye protection mode for comfortable lighting that does not cause strain on eyes. The Y55L packs in 16GB internal storage, which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. For connectivity, the phone offers dual-SIM, 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS.
