Vivo is going aggressive in the Indian market with back to back smartphone launches. Vivo V17 Pro is all set to make its debut in India on September 20, confirmed the Chinese company on Twitter today. The teaser video posted by Vivo also confirmed that the phone would have dual pop-up selfie camera setup, featuring a 32MP primary camera and the second sensor may be a depth sensor for capturing portrait shots. It’s also confirmed that the V17 Pro will have four cameras on the back with the primary sensor being a 48MP one similar to the Vivo V15 Pro that was launched earlier this year. The back to back launches means the company is aiming at strong sales during the upcoming festive season. Vivo is also launching another budget series- Vivo ‘U’ series as Amazon India exclusive very soon.

Vivo V17 Pro Launching on September 20: What to Expect?
Ahead of the launch, the Vivo V17 Pro has been leaked numerous times on the web. The V17 Pro is a camera-centric smartphone as it sports a total of six cameras- two on the front and four on the back. As for the rumoured camera specs, the V17 Pro’s rear cameras include a 48MP primary shooter, 8MP wide-angle sensor, 2MP depth sensor and 2MP macro lens. This setup is pretty much identical to the Realme 5 Pro smartphone that was launched in India a few days ago. Right now, we don’t have any information regarding the primary sensor of the V17 Pro. On the front, the V17 Pro is confirmed to offer a 32MP primary selfie camera and a 2MP depth sensor may accompany it.
