Postpaid users from telcos such as Bharti Airtel, Vodafone India and BSNL are enjoying superior benefits than those of Idea Cellular and Reliance Jio. Bharti Airtel started the trend of shipping Amazon Prime subscription worth Rs 999 free with its myPlan Infinity postpaid plans and it was soon followed by Vodafone India. Later, in an unexpected move, state-run telco BSNL joined the list. Both Airtel and Vodafone are now providing free Amazon Prime membership worth Rs 999 to its postpaid users on a plan priced above Rs 399, while BSNL is giving the same with its postpaid plans priced above Rs 499. Notably, Airtel and BSNL are even providing the same offer to their broadband users as well, but there's no such offer from YOU Broadband though.

To attract subscribers, telecom operators are also shipping free Amazon Prime memberships along with their postpaid plans. Notably, Amazon Prime membership is a service by Amazon through which Amazon customers get fast shipping, new attractive offers and access to Amazon Prime Video along with Amazon Prime Music. Given that Amazon Prime’s introductory offer of Rs 499 for the annual Prime Membership ended, now the telcos are taking it in their hand to ship the membership along with select plans to attract the customers. Below are some of the most prominent plans by the major telcos which offer Amazon Prime Membership as an add-on.

Airtel Amazon Prime Membership Offer

Bharti Airtel is offering one year free Amazon Prime membership to its subscribers of myPlan Infinity postpaid plan or on plans which are priced Rs 499 and above. The offer, however, is not applicable on the Rs 399 postpaid plan. To redeem this offer, subscribers of the above- mentioned plans will have to log in to their Airtel TV app, and they will have to tap on the Amazon Prime video card in the Featured page. Airtel subscribers will need to have an Amazon account which will be eligible for Prime Membership after signing in.

Also, Airtel is offering a free one year Amazon Prime Membership to Airtel V-Fiber Broadband subscribers who are using a monthly broadband plan of Rs 1,999.

BSNL Amazon Prime Membership Offer

The government led telecom operator, BSNL is also not leaving any stone unturned and is offering the free Amazon Prime Membership with its postpaid plans and broadband plans. Subscribers of the postpaid plan with Rs 399 or more monthly rental will be eligible to redeem their free Amazon Prime Membership. This offer will also be valid for consumers who are using BSNL broadband plan, and their monthly rental is Rs 745 or above. To redeem this offer, BSNL subscribers will have to go to the BSNL official website and click on the ‘BSNL Amazon Offer' banner to receive an OTP and activate the offer on their Amazon account.

Vodafone Amazon Prime Membership Offer

Vodafone is also offering free one year Amazon Prime Membership to its subscribers on the plan priced at Rs 399 or more. It’s also worth noting that Vodafone’s entry-level postpaid plan is priced at Rs 399 and it offers 40GB data per month. Apart from Amazon Prime Membership, Vodafone is also offering three months free Netflix membership to its subscribers of Rs 1,999 Vodafone RED postpaid plan. Subscribers of Rs 2,999 Vodafone RED postpaid plans get the benefit of one year free Netflix membership. This plan by Vodafone ships 300GB monthly data and 200 ISD minutes.
