T24, India’s only existing MVNO, which is controlled by Future Group, has launched a free self-care app for Android users on the Google Play Store. The new app,T24 Mobile, helps T24 subscribers using Android smartphones in accessing their personal accounts.

In addition, they can request services and enable them to receive further information about latest offers and services provided by T24 Mobile. Customers can also manage their account details, available services, and locate nearby T24 stores, and many more things.?

The MVNO, which uses Tata DoCoMo's network for its mobile services, has been a popular loyalty program for subscribers who shop at Future Group's establishments like Big Bazar, Central, and eZone. Many people use T24’s SIM cards to get free minutes & data, but the drawback of this 'UnPaid' mobile service is its customer care and services. With the launch of the new self-care app, Future Group believes that it will be much easier to manage, recharge, or update the profile unlike older days. The retail giant is also giving away free or discounted coupons through the app.

The app is still in beta phase, and many users have reviewed that they are facing problems during signing in to the app. However, Future Group has promised that they will update the app frequently, so we are assuming that end-users will be benefitted with these developments.

If you are a T24 Mobile user, download the app from the Google Play Store now by clicking the button below, and forget rushing into Future Retail stores to manage or top-up your number.
