Airtel has announced that CMAI has recognized it as the winner in the categories of Star News Viewers Choice Best Mobile Network and Best Quality Mobile Network Service Provider at the 6th edition of National Telecom Awards 2012 recently held in Delhi.
After the Hindustan Times customer survey and Telecom Centre of Excellence Awards, this is the third major recognition Airtel has received for its constant endeavor and contribution towards building a robust National Telecom Network and providing an effective means of Communication to its customers.
These awards reinforce Airtel’s continued commitment to provide a robust network and best-in-class service experience to its customers. Under the aegis of the Department of Telecom (DoT), the National Telecom Awards had been constituted to identify and recognize outstanding contributions in the field of Communication, Information and Communication Technology, Multimedia and Infrastructure.
CMAI granted the Star News Viewers Choice Best Mobile Network award to Airtel on the basis of public votes gathered in a survey conducted by ZipDial and Star News. On the other hand, an eminent jury panel at CMAI chose Airtel as the winner in the Best Quality Mobile Network Service Provider category.
