Moving on to the features of these new TVs by Sony, all the Bravia X9000F come with a TRILUMINOS display that claims to deliver very accurate RGB colours. The TV also comes with Sony 4K X1 Extreme HDR processor, which is rated to deliver 40% more real-time image processing than Sony's 4K X1 processor. The usage of the 4K HDR X1 Extreme processor means the content will be upscaled to near 4K HDR quality. Sony has also put in the X-tended Dynamic Range Pro technology that enhances the HDR and non-HDR content on screen by adjusting the backlight levels precisely for different zones of the screen. This technology which is exclusively owned by Sony is said to deliver six times the XDR contrast of conventional LED TV. Besides this, the TV also comes with X-Motion Clarity which makes use of the built-in direct LED local dimming and backlight boosting algorithm and controls the luminance and optimises its duration. Using this technology, the Bravia X9000F is able to deliver clear and smooth visuals with lessened motion blur.

Sony wouldn’t boast about this TV so much if not for the specifications which it packs inside, the Bravia X9000F comes powered with Sony 4K X-Reality Pro picture processing technology.

The new Sony TV runs on Android TV version 7.0 with the company’s own skin on top of it. The presence of Android on the software front, allows the Bravia X9000F to boast of Google Play access. There is also a speculated update on the way which is bound to bring Smart Home Ready to the TV’s platform to enable communication with other smart devices via Artificial Intelligence (AI). Users will also be able to use Chromecast to stream content directly from phones or tables which also support the functionality. Also, keeping in mind the web-binging crowd, there is a dedicated button for Netflix and Google Play to make it easier for the users to access the content online.
