There are a lot of things along with this, which make the device resemble the original Galaxy M30. The device sports the 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display. Under the hood, the Exynos 9611 octa-core chipset comes paired with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM, and there are also 64GB and 128GB RAM options. Samsung also offers 15W charging option with this phone, and when it comes to software, the Samsung Galaxy M30s boots Android 9 Pie based One UI 1.5.
