Panasonic has quietly introduced a budget quad core offering in the country, the P31 for Rs 11,999 which comes with a slew of software functionalities which you don’t usually find in the budget quad core devices. Let us take a look at its specifications:

Panasonic would have nailed it completely with a 720p screen but the slew of software functionalities and freebies make up for that.
