Nokia India Launches Concept Store In GurgaonNokia India has opened its all new Concept Store with Customer Care Experience Centre in Gurgaon. At the Nokia Concept Store, consumers can experience and receive support for Nokia’s latest services and applications such as music, messaging, maps and games. The Concept Store equipped with dedicated wall bay with LCD screens continuously play demos of Nokia services to further enhance the experience.

Located at Ambience Mall in up market Gurgaon, Spread over 2,000 square feet, this Concept Store has been divided into four exciting zones that will help the consumers acquaint themselves with the features and services available across a multitude of devices.




The specially created zones wherein customers will get dedicated sections for music, games, email and maps and all these will help them to try Nokia’s devices and services like music, email, Ovi Store and navigation. According to the  Nokia India, this is in synergism with its strategy in order to provide a holistic solutions experience to its consumers across all its touch points. The hardware repair zone, the services support zone, the learning zone and the service experience zone. In addition, the centre houses a fully-equipped technical workshop, provides free Internet access, a full display of the latest Nokia accessories and a comfortable customer lounge for visiting customers.

The self-learn areas in Nokia Concept Store for entertainment and engagement allow customers to have fun while they try out games, download music, start navigation or even write an email. A dedicated wall bay with LCD screens continuously play demos of Nokia services to further enhance the experience.

The Nokia Store will offer not only a redressal and resolution forum but also total mobility solutions under one roof bringing together the Nokia Care Centre, software assistance, service support, accessories sale and other related care services.

The Concept Store is equipped with hi-tech gadgets, trained technical and front office staff across dedicated service counters including Customer Care officers, highly-skilled and qualified engineers, at the experience zones to ensure improved and more efficient resolution of Nokia consumer queries.
