Micromax, India’s second largest mobile vendor today unveiled an all new musical touch screen phone X505 which is dubbed as PSYCH which is aimed to please the music lovers.
This phone comes preloaded with multimedia music and video content from MTV. This phone boasts 7.1cms TFT QVGA (240*320) 2.8 inch touch screen display with 2 mega pixel camera and also is packed with Yamaha Audio amplifier to give you a fantastic music experience with SRS WOW HD sound.
This phone supports popular video codecs like MP4, 3GP and AVI with social rich application support like Nimbuzz, snaptu etc. It also comes with a standard 3.5 mm audio jack with a stereo FM and Bluetooth A2DP support.
The phone comes packed with a 2GB micro SD card and brings features like USB2.0 along with Bluetooth, FM recorder, MMS and games. The company claims that this Micromax PSYCH also comes with a good battery life, and hence, consumers can enjoy hours of multimedia use without any interruption.
This phone comes with an expandable memory support of up to 8 GB microSD card with a maximum battery capacity of 900mAH which will last for 3 hours of talk time and a stand by time of up to 5 days. This psych comes with one cool psychedelic back panel and also four differentially attractive color back panels in Red, Blue, Green and Pink, to match your everyday style.
According to a recent study by a popular advisory firm IDC, Micromax had even beat the sales of mobile phone biggies like LG, SONY Ericsson and Motorola in India during April-June 2010. Now, Micromax also ventured into the markets of Dubai today. Micromax also announced that it will enter the Bangladeshi telecom market where its plans to launch 12 mid-range mobile handsets.
