Reliance Jio, India's largest telecom service provider (ISP), has brought new international roaming (IR) packs for users. This time, the telco has introduced packs in different categories. These categories include - Travel Pass, Roam More Packs, International Wi-Fi Calling, Global Packs, and IR Data-Only Packs. Let's get to know more about these new categories and their plans ahead.




Reliance Jio New International Roaming Packs

Jio Global Packs

The Global Packs from Reliance Jio are available in 130+ countries. For different countries, the PayGo rates, which is usage charge, is different.

So basically, there are only two Global Packs. These come for Rs 1101 and Rs 1102 and are applicable in 130+ countries. The Rs 1101 plan comes without Wi-Fi calling to India and gives users a usage value of Rs 933.05. Its validity is 28 days, and users can send 5 SMS through this pack.

The Rs 1102 plan comes with Wi-Fi calling to India and offers a usage value of Rs 933.90 with a validity of 28 days. Wi-Fi calling is charged at Re 1 per minute when incoming and outgoing at Re 1 when the call is made to India.

Jio IR Travel Pass

Then the next is the IR Travel Pass which comes with 3 different validity options and is applicable in only 32 countries. It comes for Rs 499 (1-day validity), Rs 2499 (10 days validity), and Rs 4999 (30 days validity).

The Rs 499 plan comes with 100 minutes of voice calling, 100 SMS, and 250MB of data. Post the consumption of FUP (fair-usage-policy) data; the speed will drop to 64 Kbps.

The Rs 2499 plan has the same benefits as the Rs 499 plan. But its validity is ten days, while Rs 499 plan only has a validity of 1 day. Yes, you get 250MB of data daily here, along with 100 SMS/day. The voice-calling benefit is also 100 minutes daily (outgoing calls).

The Rs 4999 plan offers users 1500 minutes of voice calling (outgoing), 5GB high-speed data, after which the speed reduces to 64 Kbps, 1500 SMS.

Jio Roam More Packs

The Jio Roam More Packs are available in 3 validity options and 44 countries.

These cost Rs 1499 (14 days validity), Rs 3999 (30 days validity) and Rs 5999 (30 days validity).

The Rs 1499 plan comes with 150 minutes of outgoing and incoming voice calls, 1GB high-speed data with speed reduced to 64 Kbps post that, and 100 SMS.

The Rs 2999 plan comes with 250 minutes of outgoing calls. It also offers 100 SMS and 4GB of high-speed data with speed reduced to 64 Kbps post that.

Lastly, there's the Rs 5999 plan which comes with 400 minutes of outgoing calls. It also offers 500 SMS and 6GB of high-speed data with speed reduced to 64 Kbps post that.

Jio IR-Data Only Packs

These Jio IR data-only packs are available in 3 validity options and are applicable in 32 countries.

These cost Rs 2999 (7 days validity), Rs 4499 (14 days validity), and Rs 5899 (21 days validity).

The Rs 2999 plan comes with 5GB of high-speed data, while the Rs 4499 plan comes with 8GB of high-speed data. The Rs 5899 plan comes with the most amount of data which is 10GB.

Beyond the FUP limit, the speed is reduced to 64 Kbps until the time your internet pack doesn't expire.

Wi-Fi Calling to India Only (Voice) Packs

The Wi-Fi calling to India-only packs are available in two validity options and are applicable in 130+ countries. The pricing of these plans will be updated here as they are visible on the website of Jio.
