The telco's all-new Rs 392 prepaid plan offers 1.4GB data per day for 60 days, while the Rs 399 recharge has been revised to provide 1GB data per day for a period of 84 days. Furthermore, Idea Cellular recently introduced a Rs 189 prepaid plan offering benefits for 28/56 days depending on the user. Idea Rs 392 Prepaid Plan Launched: Benefits and Details

Starting with the Rs 392 prepaid plan, it offers benefits for 60 days. The benefits include 1.4GB data per day, 100 SMS per day and unlimited voice with a cap. This essentially means that the overall data benefit comes to 84GB and it can be used via 2G/3G/4G networks. As always, Idea Cellular limits the voice calls to 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes per week. In addition, users can only make voice calls to 100 unique numbers.

Idea Cellular Rs 399 Prepaid Plan Revised to Offer Lesser Data

Same as Vodafone and Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular also revised its prepaid plan of Rs 399. It now offers 1GB data per day for 84 days- down from the earlier data benefit of 1.4GB per day. So it now provides 84GB of data and it's also an open market plan. Alongside the data benefit, the Rs 399 prepaid recharge also ships with unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS per day for the same validity period. Same as the case with other Idea prepaid plans, the Rs 399 prepaid plan also caps the voice calls to 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes per week.

Airtel and Vodafone Idea Also Revises Rs 399 Prepaid Plans

As noted, Bharti Airtel and Vodafone India also revised their prepaid recharges of Rs 399. Both the telcos are now providing 1GB data per day for the same validity period of 84 days. Both the telcos are also providing unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS per day with the plans. While Vodafone is restricting the voice calls to 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes per week, Airtel doesn't have any such restriction on its network, which is a good thing to see.

Reliance Jio Rs 398 Recharge vs Idea Cellular Rs 399 Recharge

Jio also offers prepaid recharges of Rs 399 and Rs 398. The Rs 398 from Jio comes under the 2GB daily data plan, while the Rs 399 plan ships 1.5GB data per day. The validity of the Rs 399 prepaid plan is 84 days while that of Rs 398 plan is 70 days. Even though the validity of Rs 399 plan is identical to that of Vodafone Idea and Airtel's Rs 399 plans, the data benefit is way superior and can't be matched. Earlier, the Rs 399 plan from Vodafone Idea and Airtel used to offer 1.4GB daily data for 70 days as an open market recharge.
