Internet Exchange operator DE-CIX India has introduced its new Cloud Router services, designed to enhance cloud connectivity for enterprises and service providers across India. This service enables direct, private data exchange between different cloud platforms at an Internet Exchange, allowing businesses to manage hybrid cloud environments more efficiently, the company said on Thursday.

DE-CIX India said its Cloud Router Service aims to reduce latency and improve network performance, which is critical for applications in AI, Industry 4.0, IoT, and smart cities. This service facilitates private and direct data exchange between different clouds at an Internet Exchange. Businesses can avoid vendor lock-in and maintain full control over their data while leveraging multiple cloud platforms.
