Cognizant Partners with Palo Alto Networks to Deliver AI-Driven Cybersecurity Services
Cognizant and Palo Alto Networks are partnering to deliver AI-driven cybersecurity solutions for enterprises across various industries. This collaboration reportedly combines Cognizant's cybersecurity expertise with Palo Alto's leading AI-powered platforms, aiming to improve security outcomes and reduce operational complexity for clients.

Expansion of Offerings

The partnership enables Cognizant to expand its offerings through Palo Alto Networks' Precision AI-powered Network Security Platform, Code-to-Cloud Platform, and Security Operations Platform. Together, the companies aim to help clients consolidate security products across functions, with the goal of reducing complexity and improving overall levels of security through platformisation, the official release said.

Enhance Security portfolio

Additionally, Cognizant aims to further enhance its security solutions portfolio by bringing tailored, AI-led solutions to market. These solutions will allow clients to leverage centralised data for higher levels of attack protection and faster issue resolution. Furthermore, Cognizant will continue to utilise Palo Alto Networks technology as part of its internal security infrastructure.

Managed Platform Offerings

Cognizant announced that it will initially introduce four key managed platform offerings to tackle cybersecurity risks:

  • SecureNXT Access: AI-powered zero trust security for perimeterless enterprises, powered by Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access.
  • SecureNXT Cloud: Solutions for secure and compliant multi-cloud and hybrid adoption, powered by Palo Alto Networks Prisma Cloud.
  • SecureNXT EDR/MDR: Proactive threat protection for next-generation hybrid enterprises, powered by Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR.
  • SecureNXT SOC: Real-time defense against cyber threats, powered by Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSIAM.

Cognizant says these comprehensive AI-powered security platforms are designed to fortify cybersecurity preparedness for organisations in the financial services, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.
