Digicable case summoned for hearing by Bombay High Court this Monday

Bombay High Court has finally said that it may hear the Digicable Network license cancellation case this week. MSOs stop airing TV9 channels in Telangana

TV9 had faced a setback in Telangana after they aired defamatory content on their channel. The channel had also received a warning to strictly follow the Programme Code and the advertisement code from rules 6 and 7 of the cable Televisions Networks Rule.
