4G in India: FIPB Defers Augere’s 100% FDI Plan

In another 4G update, Indian government has deferred Augere Wireless to increase its foreign stakes to 100% in its Indian venture. UK based Augere won BWA spectrum in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh in 2010 and paid Rs 125 cr for it. Globally Augere is going with a mission to provide "broadband for all". LTE connected devices to reach 64 million by 2019

DoT seeks Attorney General’s advice on Airtel’s internet license merger issue

Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) has announced the successful completion of a $45 million fund raise.
