BSNL introduces Samadhan scheme for postpaid mobile data subscribers

BSNL Samadhan is a special relief scheme introduced for broadband users who are charged excess for exceeding free usage limit. BSNL has now extended this offer to postpaid mobile data subscribers.

Samadhan special relief scheme offers BSNL postpaid mobile data subscribers to apply for a higher data plan for the period of excess usage. The higher data plan will get applied instead of the original plan active at the time of usage. The highest data plan currently available under BSNL postpaid data service is Rs 1711 offering 20GB data effectively at Rs 100/GB. However subscriber should stay on the new plan for at least 3 months period.

The relief under smadhan scheme can be claimed up to 3 consecutive unpaid disputed bills for excess data usage. Samadhan special relief scheme will be available for 3 months starting 01-06-25 to 31-08-2015.
