BSNL Follows the Footsteps of Private Telcos by Implementing Postpaid Data Carry Forward Option

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is now the fourth largest telecom service provider in India with a subscriber base of over 110 million. BSNL is known for its best combo prepaid plans in the industry, but the telco has been lagging behind private telcos in the postpaid segment. It looks like the state-run telco wants to catch private telcos in the postpaid department too. After receiving massive demand from its subscribers, BSNL has now implemented Data Carry Forward option to postpaid users, but again, there’s a catch. BSNL has revised the Rs 525 postpaid plan in Kolkata telecom circle, and it’s now offering 80GB data along with carry forward option up to 200GB. The carry forward facility is currently available only with the Rs 525 postpaid plan in Kolkata circle.
