BSNL seems to be quite lousy in giving full talk time under lower denomination of Rs.200, while private operators continues harvesting by giving full talktime with extra benefits to their customers with lower denomination rates .
Recently BSNL introduced a common plan 'New Mithram' for every customers in Kerala which gives full talktime on every recharges with automatic validity extension but it is only for top ups starting from Rs.200.
Two recharge option that come to rescue when full talktime below Rs.200 is not available are Rs.111 and Rs.135.
