In an endeavor to improve customer satisfaction and serve better, India’s largest Broadband service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has come up with a new service - one more value addition in the form of “Know Your Broadband” that will enable their Broadband subscribers to check their data account usage details just by one SMS.
“In our endeavor towards customer delight and to keep continuous contact with customers, we would like to send SMS regarding Usage, Bill details, New discounts and schemes etc” the operator said in a press release. To know BSNL’s Broadband usage, customer has
to send SMS in the following format, “bbu<space>044telephonenumber” and send it o 52295 from BSNL mobile or to 9448077777 from other mobile network phones.

Currently the above SMS service will be available for broadband customers of BSNL Chennai telecom circle only.
