State-run telecom operator BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) is known for its unique offers, and the operator has now come up with a new offer. Under the offer, BSNL is offering free data and voice calling for the new/MNP customers joining BSNL network. BSNL introduced this offer a few days ago at the end of November and stated the offer as a promotional one valid for 90 days.
In East Zone, BSNL is offering 1GB of free data and unlimited on-net voice calls for new/MNP customers. The free data should be used within 15 days from the date of joining the network, while the unlimited on-net voice calls are valid for just seven days.
In West, North, and South Zones, BSNL is offering just 351MB free data for new/MNP customers, and the free data should be used within first 30 days after joining the network. This is one of its unique offers from BSNL, which also helps it in acquiring new customers.
Currently, BSNL doesn’t have any competitive plans to set it apart from the competition. The operator, unlike earlier, is following private telecom operators in the tariff plans. BSNL has a Rs 429 tariff plan and a Rs 485 tariff plan. The latter offers benefits similar to Reliance Jio’s Rs 459 tariff plan, Airtel Rs 499 tariff plan, Vodafone and Idea Cellular’s Rs 509 tariff plans of 1GB data per day, unlimited voice calls even on roaming, and 100 SMS per day for 84 days.
The telecom operator also has a Rs 187 plan that offers 1GB data, and unlimited voice calls even on roaming after the recent change. No other telecom operator in India offers free data and voice calling for just joining the network like BSNL, which is the highlight of this new plan.
