Private operators like Airtel are providing free SIM for 3G, 4G, and providing easy SIM swap through 2 messages. BSNL can follow their steps to provide customer satisfaction. We hope that if they implement this, they could get more new users as replacing a SIM or getting a new SIM cards is too hard in the East Zones.

There are so many people in some regions of India where BSNL lacks a robust distribution network. People want to use BSNL, but they couldn't manage or buy a new SIM card as purchasing a SIM card though BSNL exchanges takes too much time.
