These awards indicate the strength of each brand in their respective industry. Instituted by VARIndia, the awards are based on a survey done by the VARIndia team on feedback from customers and channel partners across various markets, including metros, B and C class cities. The survey was based on vendors’ penetration into these cities and their level of engagements and commitments with the channel partners. The survey sought information on aspects including vendor’s penetration, top-of-mind recall, commitment with channel partners, vendors’ handling of logistics, service support, product performance and quick response to queries.
