Bharti Airtel Brings Down the Price of Rs 399 Postpaid Plan by Rs 50 to Attract New Users

Bharti Airtel is already known as the leading player in the postpaid segment, but the former leading telco was late in responding to Vodafone’s new RED range of postpaid plans. As a result, Airtel lost the battle to Vodafone. But the company hit back at the UK-based telco by revising its postpaid plans, except for the Rs 399 myPlan Infinity Postpaid plan. Airtel recently started offering additional 20GB data every month for a period of 12 months with the Rs 399 plan, and now, it has rolled out a discount offer on the same plan. Airtel is offering Rs 50 off on its Rs 399 postpaid plan, which as a result, becomes Rs 349 plan. The discount offer is valid for six months, which means a total amount of Rs 300 is being given by Airtel. This move from Airtel could be to attract new postpaid users.

Airtel’s Rs 399 Postpaid Plan Now Costs Rs 50 Lesser

As mentioned, Airtel is rolling out a new discount offer only on the Rs 399 myPlan Infinity postpaid plan. The plan, which after the discount, comes down to Rs 349 also comes with additional taxes on board. Having said that, Airtel postpaid users will get the discount offer for six months, which means that the billing cycle will reflect a price of Rs 349 every month over the period of the offer.

Airtel Rs 399 Postpaid Plan Benefits

Airtel is just offering a discount offer for six months with the plan, but it did not change the benefits of the plan though. The Airtel Rs 399 myPlan Infinity postpaid plan offers a total of 20GB data per month with data carry forward facility, unlimited voice calls without any FUP limit and 100 SMS per day.
