India’s largest telecom network, Bharti Airtel is working on several changes to compete with the rival networks. Of late, they have been introducing various offers primarily to compete with Reliance Jio. At the same time, the company is focusing on bringing in better customer experience.

Airtel has completely revamped their Airtel MyAccount Self Care portal with better navigation and detailed statistics of the customer’s usage per month. The best part of this new update is that Airtel is comparing the usage with previous month’s usage, which is a good thing to see.

With this feature, every customer can keep track of their usage. Do make a note that this comparison will be made for your billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle is from 22nd of this month to 22nd of the next month, then your billing cycle will be done for that particular period itself, and the statistics will be compared for the same period.

Not only voice calls, but you can also get a glance at how much mobile data and SMS used for various billing periods. Airtel is also providing information for the local and national roaming calls made by you, which is a handy feature to have around.

If you’re a registered user of Airtel Payments Bank system, then you will notice the design changes in this section as well. Under Airtel Payments Bank menu, there are four options: Balance, Transactions, Payments and Recharges, and Transfer. Each option is designed with a beautiful interface, and you can quickly browse through them very easily.

It is pretty much obvious that Airtel is working hard on providing a better customer experience. What do you feel about this new interface? Do you like it or are you facing any issues? Let us know in the comments section below.
