Bharti Airtel has reaffirmed its commitment to providing uninterrupted connectivity as Cyclone Dana makes landfall in the coastal regions of Bengal and Odisha. The operator said its network and support teams are on high alert, working tirelessly to maintain service for customers in affected areas.

Backup Systems and Fuel Supplies
"Airtel is committed to providing uninterrupted connectivity during Cyclone Dana. Our network and teams are fully prepared to maintain reliable service, ensuring customers stay connected throughout this period," Airtel said in a statement Thursday.
To monitor the situation, Airtel has set up a 24/7 war room staffed with additional personnel. The company has also implemented backup systems for network equipment and secured extra fuel supplies to ensure continued power at its sites during potential outages.

ICR Enabled
Furthermore, Airtel has enabled Interconnect Roaming (ICR) across Odisha and Bengal, allowing customers to stay connected with their loved ones throughout the cyclone's impact.
"We are doing everything we can to make sure that our customers can continue to communicate with their loved ones," Airtel added.
